I am not a "gamer" and have been out of that loop since about Crash Bandicoot but I occasionally flip through magazines like Wired and am sort of aware that there are things you can plug into game systems that enhance the sensory aspect, bits that vibrate and so on. My idea is this: a tight fitting sleeve that fits over the penis that simulates the human mouth and has a direct link to the gagging pornography soundtrack and sonorously vibrates in synch to the chocking/gagging/gasping/coughing sounds the woman in the pornography makes.

I'm currently in negotiations with Ubisoft to develop Ms Pac Man XXX, a pegging video game.
