exactly... if he comes out and bugs enough people he might get a shot from someone but many companies are weary about using new talent. so here's a bit of advice Jim South would give ya... find a girl who is really hot and wants to get into porn but will only work with you. Then come to LA, go to world modeling and sign up and when someone wants to use her he will get his shot.
