The Hoover FloorMate Deluxe Hard Floor Cleaner. $179 at Home Depot. It has a reservoir on one side that you fill with hot water and bit of cleaning solution and then it sprays, scrubs and also vacuums up the water to dry the floor and captures the dirty water in another reservoir on the other side.

I have glass floor tiles that are a complete pain in the ass and this thing did a great job cleaning my floor in about 5 minutes. I don't like using chemical cleaning products on floor surfaces because of my cat, so I went over the floor again with plain water and will probably mostly just use plain water in the future to clean the floor unless it's super dirty.
