I think maybe a more promising approach may to first identify the penis first and then from there triangulate the identity of the woman. You simply have more detail to go on wrt the penis/character of the ejaculate/etc. The woman has been rendered anonymous by the tape over her mouth, and I do not recognize the breasts. But perhaps more importantly it appears that there may be a crime being committed in this clip, for we can't say for certain whether or not this is a consensual act or a forceable sexual assualt/kidnapping situation.
