But does she actually have a credit card or a bank account? Does she just hope there's a store operated by her carrier somewhere nearby where she can drop off some cash? Does she actually go to the local Kroger, buy a money order and a stamp, and send it off? Her FICO score must be lower than Donkey Long's IQ.
