Sorry but this really sounds like condyloma acuminatum which is a consequence of HPV. You might try pouring vinegar over it - if it turns white, it is probably a genital wart. You could also save yourself some money on a more definitive diagnosis by using an anonymous STD triage app and then - if they really bother you that much - see a dermatologist and have them frozen off. It's pretty common, not the end of the world... most people are or will be carriers, and as of 2010 younger people are getting vaccinated against the relevant subtypes.
