Isn't AIM testing already PCR?
Yea. PCR-DNA. According to CDC, it takes 14 days after an infection before the PCR can detect the virus. CDC is being conservative. Off the record, AIM says the test can reliably detect HIV after 7 days.
The problem goes beyond Jollee. There's a constant influx of new performers who don't really grasp the problem. There's more risky sex acts, and they're happening more often in places with no testing or one-shot testing. Performers are moving between LA and other areas more often, and not all of them are as smart as Melissa. The current system has worked partly because LA was isolated from Europe and Brazil, but that isolation is disappearing.
