PCR might not be very "specific" - there may be false positives - but as long as it is "sensitive" - very few false negatives - that's OK. The goal, after all, is to quickly clear talent to work. A few false positives don't prevent that as long as there aren't false negatives.

Isn't AIM testing already PCR?
