Every year, hundreds of new performers shoot 1000's of scenes and a small number get nominated for something. That hardly constitutes "everyone gets an award" or even a nomination. Given the pissing and moaning by some, you'd think they lost a child. Now, the poverty pimps are out there selling snake oil as to how their own award shows are so much better, forgetting to remind people how they selected themselves, their immediate family members, and sponsors years back, doing EXACTLY what they accuse AVN of doing. LOL
