1. Rossi, 26, alleges that Sheen forced her to get an abortion.
According to the complaint, Rossi realized she was pregnant in March 2014. When she shared what she thought was happy news, he "erupted into a fit of rage, stating he would 'kick her to the curb' if she did not have an abortion, and that he did not want her to 'give birth to a retarded child' " because he is HIV-positive, she claims.

2. Rossi claims Sheen tried to hire a hit man.
Rossi was still legally married when Sheen proposed to her in February 2014. She says Sheen was jealous of her estranged husband and lashed out one night, kicking and trying to hit her when she refused to give him her ex's phone number. Later, she says he explained his fit of rage by admitting he'd relapsed on crack cocaine. About a month before he popped the question, Sheen allegedly told Rossi he wanted to pay someone to kill the ex, and she says she found text messages on his phone indicating he had hired an assassin, threatening her by saying if she called the police he would frame her and "use his money and influence to make sure that she ended up going to prison for it," according to the lawsuit. Weeks later, the ex sent Rossi photos of a "suspicious unknown man" caught outside his home at night, she says.

3. Rossi accuses Sheen of physically abusing her.
In the suit, she describes being hit, kicked and choked by him multiple times. Rossi also alleges that Sheen drunkenly pulled an unloaded gun on her in June 2014 while they were driving back from his daughter Cassandra Estevez's house. Rossi "began crying, begging him to stop but he continued to point it at her and pull the triger. After asking again that he put the gun away, Sheen, in a fit of rage, threw his DuPonte white gold lighter at the rearview mirror of the vehicle, causing it to shatter and glass to fly everywhere, including the eys of the security personnel driving the vehicle," according to the complaint. She also claims that in 2014, he got so "violent" during sex that she "began crying and begging Sheen to stop" and discovered "she was bleeding because of a tear caused by Sheen" after.

Rossi tried to kill herself twice after the split.
Rossi was hospitalized in November 2014 after an apparent overdose. In the lawsuit, she says her suicide attempt stemmed from her depression over the couple's abrupt breakup the month before, and she claims Sheen taunted her after with a text that read, "[f]unny how an ex-nursing student couldn't calculate the appropriate dosage of a vintage drug such as valium to successfully kill herself." (At the time, Sheen's then-rep Jeff Ballard told PEOPLE, "Charlie and Scotty have been in communication and Charlie still has a tremendous fondness for Scotty and continues to wish her all the best.") In the suit, Rossi describes a second suicide attempt in December 2014 "because she feared that Sheen would continue to emotionally abuse her both privately and publicly, and she could not deal with the emotional distress anymore."
