Downside of EZ Pass, I think.

If I had paid the speeding ticket on time, I don't think I would have had any problem. Since my name is fucked up in the NY DMV system, they lose most of the tickets I get, so I never pay them until I start getting late notices. Seat Belt and 2 Speeding so far have vanished.

NJ hit me with the suspension 6months later. Since it was just clerical, and not a ticket, I don't know if it actually counts as a first offense for Driving While Suspended. I still don't have the 2pts for an out of state ticket on my abstract. I don't have any points on insurance or my license. If I stay out of trouble until July, my car insurance will drop from $230/month to $110. It recently dropped from $270 to $230.
