Ordered some BBQ rubs/sauces from Amazon that will be waiting for me when I get back to town. 3 bottles of dry rub and an assorted pack of sauces from Blues Hog, plus a couple bottles of coarse ground BBQ rub from Dizzy Pig. The Blues Hog rub is great for ribs, while the coarse ground Dizzy Pig rub is great for pulled pork/brisket. Blues Hog's regular BBQ sauce is my favorite for ribs, although I generally mix a few different sauces together when I make BBQ ribs.
