If I was a billionaire, I'd open a chain of combined strip clubs/restaurants. They would share a building, but they would be separated. The girls would have to waitress as well as dance. That way on the nights they aren't dancing, they can talk their regulars (suckers) into coming in and buying overpriced food. Most likely BBQ.

Getting back on topic, people don't like higher taxes and I doubt Bernie would raise them just for billionaires.
