Only way to save mom and pops in NYC is to depress the commercial real estate market and make meter maids and health inspectors once again about enforcement, not revenue generation.
Dairy and Vegetarian joint aint on my give a fuck list. They got by for years w/o doing proper upgrades, now they are bit in the ass.
