Not cost effective, clunky in it's presentation. And it brings back up the whole "gateway drug" nonsense from the 60s.

I'm thinking of going to our city council meeting tonight. The city has a put a moratorium on retail weed sales and the dopers in town...mostly folks over 40 for some reason...are just in a fucking amusing dither. I guess the meetings are just a sight to behold.
