It was "Compassionate Conservative" Dubya Bush who persuaded Congress to excuse another 15% of former American taxpayers from the obligation to participate in funding the United States government, bringing the balance of freeloaders to the point of no return and putting the Free Shit Army in charge. Did you know that in 1985, only 15% of Americans didn't have an obligation to pay income taxes? Now it's 49.5%.
