Maybe but he may very well be right too. At some point the attack on the Constitution is going to draw a large ugly response. As for the ruling itself I just wish they'd fix the damned bill and the whole mess would stop being such an issue. Don't see that happening though and I don't see the republicans having a viable alternative. So people will continue to get fucked while a few will be happy to have insurance.
