You should be asking John Roberts, not Rear Admiral. The Supreme Court today murdered the 9th and 10th Amendments to the United States Constitution, which I believe is the death knell of Federalism and the seed of a Second American Civil War. We are in a full-blown Constitutional crisis; impeachment and removal of Supreme Court justices will now be an issue in the 2016 election, and if that happens there are 47% of Americans who will not be willing to accept it. This is the same 47% that cheers rioting in Ferguson and Baltimore.

Obama will go down in history as the man that ended the Republic. Fundamental transformation, indeed.
