I requested Lyft Line which is their ride share option. That would've brought my fare down from $20 to $13. Lyft texts me 2 mins before pickup time and says that my share canceled his ride. So, I click Lyft Line again. I wait an entire 10 mins (Wouldve been 5 mins if I'd done regular Lyft) and this time A REGULAR SOLO Lyft comes. Evidently, if there aren't enough shares near your location, it goes back into solo. Seems bait-n-switch to me. I accepted because a cab would've cost more to go across the bridge. Usually, I take subways only, but I had to much photo gear on me.
