Control board $ 37.96 and termistor $ 8.05 for my AC. Total came to $60.97 from Sears parts. The parts arrived today, and the AC works fine. What a bliss!!! The old control board was faulty for several years and was switching temperature to low setting at random and beeping. I kept hitting the "box" [where the board is housed in] for several years, so last week I decided to splurge the money since the beeping was driving me nuts.
