Hope you got the Geek squad warranty. I bought an open box/floor model Samsung Chromebook from BestBuy (for something like $75 off) after borrowing my friend's for months and thought I'd out-panzered Panzer. The one I borrowed never had a problem, but the one I bought went to shit real fast. Brought it back, and they shipped it off to be repaired. Died a second death shortly after it was returned, so I returned it for (full) store credit.
