I honestly don't know. But dyi is the way to go. I haven't shopped the pure nicotine "juice"...the additive...but the glycerin and propylene glycol can be had at Walmart and for like $15 a quart on eBay. The flavors, including cigarette flavor, can be had online. There are free online calculators to get the nicotine level correct. Maybe $100 investment to start including a decent vape pen. Set the nicotine level to what you want and you're in business.
