Now that the Ruble is down, I'm considering going to Russia again. My Russian visa is still valid and airfare should still be less expensive if I book it for beginning Feb. I'm thinking St. Petersburg. Also, I'll be traveling alone. Moscow last year was safe, so I'm guessing St P won't be an issue. Any opinions?

Imported goods are going to have higher prices when denominated in rubles. When a currency collapses the real bargains are found in the first days before importers have to restock their inventory. And, of course, at the end, there are usually some amazing buys in real property, which cannot be eaten. Economies are cyclical — Russia will boom again. When things look like utter shit, that's the time to buy into some property.

Also, if food scarcity is hiking up the price of food, that won't work out for me considering I love their food and the last time I went to Russia, I ate my face off. But what about shopping, museums, entertainment, etc...will that be expensive now due to fall of the ruble? Even if it makes prices same as before the ruble fell, I'll stay here and visit another time.

Museums, entertainment, and the like will inevitably be denominated in rubles, and will be a screaming bargain. "Shopping" will probably be just as before, inasmuch as Russia really doesn't make anything worth buying and therefore whatever you would buy would be imported. But it was imported before as well.
