So, one sergeant says Darren Wilson didn't know about the strong-arm robbery and you think that means the whole case for his innocence falls apart? Look, any fair-minded person who has looked at all of the evidence would never vote to indict him in this case. And if he had been indicted, he would never have been convicted.

Towards the end of the video you posted, the self-hating honky mentions that the US Supreme Court ruled that you cannot shoot a fleeing felon. The only problem is, yes you can. To quote one of the justices from the ruling in that case: "A police officer may not seize an unarmed, nondangerous suspect by shooting him dead...however...Where the officer has probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a threat of serious physical harm, either to the officer or to others, it is not constitutionally unreasonable to prevent escape by using deadly force."

So basically, you're an idiot who cannot look at this with a rational mind and see the facts for what they are: A punk, thug teenager robbed a convenience store, marched angrily down the middle of the road because he was an angry black youth, cursed at a cop, punched the cop repeatedly in the face, tried to seize the cop's gun to murder him, ran off and then double-backed to try to bull rush the cop to kill him, but he got shot in the head and died.
