In Manhattan a Big Mac, fries and a Coke costs US$4.80. Unless I'm mistaken, three dollars and twenty cents is a TWO-THIRDS price difference. But maybe Manhattan has an unfair advantage over the wide-open spaces of Queensland thanks to Manhattan's lower cost of rent.
