That pic has been heavily altered. I've seen all of her post-Wicked Brazzers scenes and she is looking rough and letting her body go.

Too many cheeseburgers, a lapsed gym membership, too much booze and too many cigarettes will do that. She probably busted Brazzers' cosmetics budget for the year in the those five scenes she did for them. You don't want to see her without makeup.
