I keep meaning to try out my sous vide machine for making butter. I'm not sure of the proper technique, but I thought an ounce of weed and a pound of butter vacuum sealed together, then dropped into a water bath at 183 degrees for maybe 6 hours. That should extract absolutely everything with no loss.
