I do a bacon- ranch pasta salad that I usually just buy the precooked bacon bits. This time I tried just baking the bacon in the oven. 15 minutes under 400F heat on aluminum foil and they were absolutely perfect. Threw the foil in the garbage and was done. Easy to fix and easy cleanup.
