Only a little bit grin : 2 parts tartar sauce and 1 part ketchup, mixed together into "fry sauce". The loins were kinda leanish, so I thinly sliced them [3mm-4mm slices], dipped them into olive oil buttery grease that was left from the searing, but when I ran out of it, I began dipping the slices into fry sauce.
