I bought a new lamp to replace the dying lamp in my home theater projector. I think it's a counterfeit because now I have a weird red horizontal band across the top of the projected image and a blue band across the bottom. Also, it kind of smells like something is burning. It's such a pain in the ass to take down the projector from the ceiling that I'm going to make do with this shitty image until at least after tonight's Bear's game.
