Exactly. Take too much Vitamin B or C and you just pee it out. Vitamin A is fat soluble and stays in your body and an overdose over time can even kill you. I think the Shakleton expedition survivors got Vitamin A poisoning from eating the livers of the Husky dogs that died during their travel. Hair started falling off, skin started getting scaly and scabby, etc. No one knew the Husky livers had high levels of Vitamin A.
