Whatever you paid for your Emeril cookware,
sounds like it was too much. The reviews and consumer warnings are unremittingly negative; way too many customers saying "This is the worst cookware I've ever bought." I've never understood the appeal of Emeril Lagasse. Does anyone remember that NBC inexplicably gave this guy a situation comedy in 2001? He's gotten a lot of mileage out of saying "Bam!"
I have one his small sauce pots, and its pretty good, so I did not mind getting another one of his products. His brand of Honey Mustard is also pretty good, especially when its priced at $1.50. Maybe those customers just had a defective product?
You're not going to find a decent frying pan 10-inches and over unless you go to Ikea. Fulton street, 86th street - all have decent frying pans over $10.00. The Emeril that I got is better quality that that no-name Chinese shit from 86th Street for $12.00. Emeril Lagasse himself served me some of his chocolate-dipped strawberries once.
