no way he goes to trial with this, every lawyer in the world would tell him to take a plea deal.

he was already incarcerated in Nevada for assault, so this is his 2nd time in their courtrooms which isn't good for him.

the DA can't let him off lightly, especially after the entire story and graphic pics are everywhere online. giving him 1-10 years just isn't viable for his office.

I would guess he takes some sort of deal for anywhere from 12-19 years.
