I thought it started with her people posting bullshit dirty posts on FB/Twit/whatever about her sex drive. (She) would say crazy shit to get the fanbois rev'd up. One was about her humping a chair leg because she was so horny. They would post stuff about her fucking strangers and random fans. At least that's my fuzzy memory of it.
