Doesn't matter how much BS is in Christy's story about whether they are a couple or broken up. It doesn't change what he did to her and so he will get incarcerated. I guess if she was lying about them being together he could probably get a shorter sentence due to the concept of emotional rage at seeing your partner in bed with another dude. But, he can not escape prison on this one especially with his prior history.

Yes, Christy was dumb for staying with a guy who hits her, and she is not honest when it comes to being faithful or who she is dating Neither is War Machine as he bangs girls on a regular basis too so he is just as bad as Christy as far as relationships go. They are both disfunctional when it comes to relationships and dating. But, that doesn't matter in the end. Domestic assault is a serious crime regardless of how it got to that point
