Are you asking for help? It is a bit of process for someone that hasn't done it before.

Start by attaching the pic to your post using "File Manager" located under the dialog box. Post your message to the board and then click on the attachment to see the pic. Copy the URL of the pic and then go back and edit your message - entering the image (click 4th button from left below smileys) by pasting the copied URL into the pop-up entry box.
