I went Greek this weekend too. As I have no gyro meat or lamb handy, I had to settle for hot dogs. But a hot dog with tzatziki, a relish of chopped red onions, tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese is a thing of beauty. As a coup de grâce, I stuffed a few shoestring french fries in there.
