I just let it run out and didn't pay, when I was going month to month w/ no auto renew. When I called to try to take advantage of a 5 for $20 deal, bitch told me I had a balance. HUH? They tried charging me for the month after I stopped paying. They don't dead the account until 2 weeks in, so they can try to ding you again for an extra month.

I told her to forget the 5 for $20, and if I get a call from a collection agency about money they think I owe, I would pay the collection agency, then file a complaint w/ my bank about the false charges. I checked 2 weeks later and they cleared the charges from my account.
