That is sad news- I always liked Rodney, and gave him his respect

A rare breed: a comic who could be funny without cussing or insulting his audience.

He was naturally brilliant and showed more range than a mere comedian for his disturbing performance in Natural Born Killers...

A shame. A great comic whose legend will last forever. Incidentally i have a Sam Kinson dvd with extensive interviews with Rodney. I guess Rodney was Sam's mentor. It's a shame these two comic geniuses are now gone (along w/ Bill Hicks).... yet Carrottop and Wanda Sykes and Ray Ramono are still around wasting valuable air .

Sad thing is that, just today, I watched two movies where he appeared: the live-action CASPER and Disney´s ALADDIN (in this last one he doesn´t exactly appear, but Robin Williams impersonates him during one funny sequence).

I go to my psychiatrist,
