Interesting if true. This scene is no longer up on Brazzers. I thought they only took down PSP scenes or because the whores were too fat.

Brazzers fuck around with scene availability for a variety of reasons and Pornstars Punishment (PSP) is by far not the only material which vanished.
The scene in question here, entitled "The Cuckold Spa" with Rachel Starr and Keiran Lee for their Real Wife Stories (RWS) theme, might pop up as a new update in the future - or not. It's not very transparent over there. The preview still links are still live in any case.

Someone on the Brazzers forum put it this way:

"This my educated guess/informed opinion since VISA has to wage the benefits/losses with other businesses and unions. They don't want Brazzers to portray any type of blatant sexual crimes that can be inferred from flawed script/scene design.

PSP was taken down because of the simulated rape/sexual assault. Any type of resistance by one person that engages qualifies it. the several -Philias also come into play. Forced asphyxiation, groping, or other violent acts were taken down. So several DP/GangBang scenes were dropped. Certain scenes like the Chanel Preston BWB in seran wrap had some slight violent choking as well as many of the dropped HAM scenes. Several HAM scenes portrayed bullying/coercion where one person was taken on by 2 or 3 people and constantly berated like that Juelz Ventura 4 way HAM scene. To battle around this, they are building in dialogue where the victim clearly consents before any possible violations and to have it more back and forth(or just completely tame altogether)

Violence is a no-no, so any scenes where a person is attacked, like the Alexis Texas PLIB with the shovel or the Asa Akira RWS series got dropped.

Certain scripts did not clarify the ages of the actors they portrayed, so most scenes in High school settings were dropped especially if it insinuated statutory rape or underage use of drugs.

Drugs is the main thing, since rape is so intertwined with drug use. So many scenes involving alcohol use, underage use of tobacco, or narcotics were dropped. Think of the Diamond Foxxx scene where she passes out and is groped and such in her sleep or the Adrennalyn DA scene where they appear consume marijuana.

Aside from violence, drugs, and possible underage depictions. Scenes where one party is unconscious, like several DA scenes, had to be dropped. The Frankenstein(for depicting an undead creature) gangbang and several sleeping scenes can be viewed as necrophelia. The Audrey Bitoni/Madison Ivy DA scene wont come back because Madison portrays a mentally ill person.

Aside from that it's licensing, copyright, likeness clauses, etc I believe. The deleted DWAP scenes, I'm not sure about but it might be a case of indecent exposure and not acquiring proper consent. I noticed how most DWAP normally have the explicit acts in a controlled environment and not necessarily pure exhibitionism aside from that skydive with KLK and few others.
