Blu-ray players came out in mid 2006, and the PlayStation 3 came out in November 2006. I'd guess that porn would have started releasing on HD DVD and Blu-ray that year, and probably ramped up in 2007. So use 2007 as the cutting off point to gauge the likelihood of the content being HD.
