He has some gold on his IMDB. Hopper was nuts, but Easy Rider is enough of a resume to be better than most.

I like the story of Hopper filming a movie w/ John Wayne, and he took Duke's daughter to some friggin tree hugger protest. When Wayne heard where they went, he was running around the shooting location with a pistol, ready to shoot Hopper for trying to turn his daughter into a Pinko.
