Okay. I stand corrected on this aspect of the above. Thanks, Admiral.

However, this goes to my larger point. No one has proven Sgt. Snafu "intended to remain away permanently", and, in fact, there's emerging evidence that he didn't, and that he had a history of wandering off, both at home and in country.

And, more significantly, no one has found or produced this alleged "disillusionment letter" that the O'Reilly types insist exist. That would be highly indicative, if not dispositive, of intent. Produce that, and, well, Panzer might well be presiding over his nuptials to "Chelsea" Manning and they should have a long and unhealthy life together in Leavenworth.

But No One has produced any of this. And Sgt. Snafu is entitled to a fair hearing under the UCMJ, where they can (and absolutely should) bring any such evidence to bear against him.

Meanwhile, independent of all that, the fact remains that McCain, Ayotte, and many other GOP Yahoos were castigating the President about not bringing him home, knowing full well the 5 Taliban were part of the deal. I'm a li'l too hungover to be certain if Graham was one of them, but if he was, that's just as reprehensible as McCain, because he's a reserve JAG officer. The fact that he's a Jackoff and an alleged closet case are besides the point.

Cartman, you never even heard of this guy until last week and you only brought it up because you thought you could make Tritone hay out of it by blaming the colored fella in the White House. So again, until more facts come in, Shut The Fuck Up.
