Looks like an old Bean Baxter State Parka I have sans the hood. Good find. I'll buy a good deal on a jacket even in August. Good boots and coats are a weakness.

We bought a used 24' pontoon boat a couple weeks ago. I got it sorted out this past weekend. I'm taking the good 50hp motor off the old pontoon and mounting it on a 14' v-hull jon boat. It should make for an exciting ride.
