Isn't the age of consent on a sliding scale? Its legal for the 16 year old in Jersey to consent to sex with a 19 year old but its illegal for that 16 year old to consent with a 40 year old. There is some kind of age gap rule? I don't know how it works my take for me is 21 years old and up is the safest course of action. I'll leer at anything sexy, thats what sunglasses are for.
