No following, no touching, no stalking in the parking lot. Just looking.
I take it as the same as sexual harassment. You are good to go as long as you don't leer for longer than 7 seconds.
If a bim is 15, got a woman's ass and is walking around the mall with it in yoga pants, I'm fucking looking. Maybe if she notices creeps like me looking, then she will stop dressing like a whore when she is out in public.
16 is legal in NJ though, that makes it easier on the conscience to eyeball em.
