My wife loaned money to a long-time friend who really just always took advantage of her. Chick never paid her back and finally my wife filed in small claims. Don't ask me how but our home phone started ringing daily from producers from either peoples court or judge judy wanting her to move the case to the tv show. Naturally my girl refused. she just wanted the other girl to end up with a legal judgement on her record, which she did.

All that to say...those tv shows are scanning court records nationwide. Monica must not be tv worthy.
