rumor has it that Jim Powers really directs skeeter's movies, Skeeter leaves the set once shooting begins. Can anyone verify this?

jim powers does all the camera work. i don't think skeeter can even hold a camera or edit videos. but skeeter is a great promoter and you have to give him respect for knowing how to hustle these companies the right way.

You also forgot to mention Jimmy D. He holds camera for Skeeter also. But you have to understand Skeeter is a director and not a cameraman.

skeeter is a great director and i'm sure he shoots his own movies but he's not in the same league yet as jim powers. jim powers is more perverted and that's always a good thing.

geez... you guys sure know how to make something out of nothing. first off, jim powers does indeed shoot camera for skeeter (skeeter ain't a cameraman...skeeter's a... well, skeeter's skeeter). second, i've never shot camera for skeeter except behind-the-scenes footage for 2ANAL4U. I've been on a few of skeeter sets and, trust me, skeeter's there like a busy midwife (from a conceptual and directorial position) managing the birth of his latest sick and twisted vision. that's not to say jim powers (or any cameraman who might be shooting) doesn't effect the product. but even great chefs have assistants in the kitchen. And the assistants certainly have a lot to do with how good the food is or how badly it sucks. this is not to say there aren't directors (more than a few) who walk off the set when the sex begins... but skeeter ain't one of them. in fact, i'm sure there's times when his crew wishes he would... get lost for awhile, that is ... but you have to know skeeter to fully understand the why's and wherefore's of that statement.
