Yes, I finally broke down and watched this movie, but that was a few months ago. I don't get your confusion. It was a pretty simple story. You can watch it for free on Netflix or for a couple of bucks on iTunes.

The movie explains how Sea World did not treat their animals humanely, but more importantly, it presented the case that this information wasn't just discovered in hindsight (after the most well publicized death of a Sea World employee in Florida), but it was repeatedly ignored after multiple incidents. This intentional disregard for employee safety caused the OSHA to step in and require them to take basic safety precautions.

That isn't a very complicated story-line.
