I would think there's some sort of operation that imports these girls from the big capitals in Europe and the US, gets them visas, sets up "dates" with potentially interested parties, takes them to clubs, etc. Once the deal with a john is consumated, they make sure the girl is back on a plane flying back to London or Paris, just so no problems arise for the high paying johns. No one wants a scandal.
